MARKET DAY – Check out the dates above for the summer month deadlines and pick up dates.  Don’t forget to continue placing your orders in support of the computer lab.  Enclosed is your June Market Day order form – make sure you take a look at the front of the form.  If you order three items that are on the front page you will receive a FREE DEEP DISH APPLE PIE!!!  We thank all of you that continue to support Market Day – this is a great and easy way for us to raise funds for our Technology Lab.  If you are able to help in June, July or Aug., please give Kathy a call at 222-6112.

 

REPORT CARDS – If you have your bills paid in full, please try to stop by and pick up your child’s report card on Thursday, May 29 or Friday, May 30 from 8a.m. – 3p.m. to save on postage.  Those that do not get picked up will be mailed out after 3p.m. on Friday, May 30^th.

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS – WEDNESDAY’S FROM 9A.M. – 2P.M.

Of course Chris and teachers may be around on various other days and times.  If you need something just try to call or stop by.  Someone will always be checking the message machine and will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

BIBLE SCHOOL – POWER LAB – JUNE 16-20 – If you didn’t get your registration form and money turned in but are still interested, call Lori Holtschlag at 223-4675 to get signed up.

 

CYO SPORTS PHYSICALS – JUNE 4 & JULY 23 – Call and get your reservation for these sports physicals done at Quincy Medical Group Physical Therapy Dept. for only $10.00.  Just call 222-6550 ext. 3282 and set up an appointment between 6p.m. – 9p.m.  ALL 5^th-8^th graders will need a physical to participate in sports next year.  get it taken care of now for a nominal fee.  By doing it through the Medical Group you are also helping out the CYO.

 

PRESCHOOL OPEN HOUSE – JUNE 25 – 6:30-8:00P.M. – Meet the new teacher, Lori Moore.

 

REGISTRATION – AUGUST 6^TH – 7A.M. – 2P.M. – You will receive a postcard as a reminder the middle of July.  See you all then!

 

 

 

MARK YOUR CALENDAR – AUG 23^RD – We will be hosting a “Back to School Bash” on Sat., Aug. 23^rd.  Families are invited to celebrate Mass at 5:30p.m. with a cook – out and family activities following.  More details will be coming but put this date on your calendar.  It will be a lot of fun and a great way to start our new school year.

 

SCHOOL LOANS/TUITION – Just a friendly reminder that loans or tuition need to be taken care of by July 1^st.  There is a penalty for registering after July 1^st.  Please call if you have any questions.
